12 meters x 12 meters Thin panel production line for China Merchants Heavy Industry

The thin panel production line is located in the sixth span of the newly expanded joint workshop of China Merchants Heavy Industry (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. The nominal specification is 12 meters x18 meters, which means the length and width of the assembled board are 12 meters x 18 meters mainly, the standard size of each workstation is 18 meters, and a wall automatic production line is also set up in parallel. In the overall scheme design, DIG fully considers the range of adjacent equipment movement to meet the requirements of different combination panel sizes.

This line consists of a thin panel production line and a wall production line, and the process is as follows:

Plane line: steel plate → panel assembly and welding → marking, cutting, polishing → stiffener installation → stiffener welding → transverse movement → T-row installation → T-row welding → wall installation → wall welding → lifting the sheet body out
Wall reinforcement line: assembly of reinforcement materials →micropanel robot welding → micropanel robot correction → reinforcement of door and window openings → wall installation plate; Double wire MIG butt welding station, marking, cutting station stiffener assembly station reverse deformation double wire MIG stiffener welding station T-row assembly welding station wall assembly welding station lifting and transportation station wall reinforcement material assembly station wall reinforcement material robot automatic welding station wall reinforcement material correction station.
