Supporting the Guangzhou Shipyard International Luxury Cruise Line's thin plate panel block assembly line, providing profile cutting for the panel block assembly line and wall production line (sub assembly). The produced profiles include angle steel, flat-bulb steel, flat steel, and T-row. The production line mainly includes loading buffer unit, profile steel straightening unit, milling and shot peening edge cleaning unit, robot plasma cutting unit, discharge buffer unit, automatic sorting unit for profile parts (including longitudinal bone welding profile feeding buffer device), corresponding conveying roller table and control system etc.

 

The main process of the production line: profile loading buffer unit → profile steel straightening → edge milling and cleaning unit → robot cutting unit → cutting buffer unit → profile sorting unit, all operations can be completed automatically.
This is a highly informationized production line with corresponding software and hardware interfaces that can be interconnected with the MES system in the workshop, allowing for unified management of data throughout the entire production process. The allocation of work plans and tracking of task lists are very convenient for production management. Overall layout of profile loading buffer unit, straightening unit, milling and edge cleaning unit, marking, code spraying, robot plasma cutting system, cutting and unloading buffer area, fully automatic sorting system, longitudinal bone welding, longitudinal input.
