This equipment is used for the automatic assembly and welding of small diameter conduits in a straight pipe state, achieving the automation of the entire process of pipe loading, determination of conduit information, automatic gripping and direction adjustment of conduit parts, automatic gripping and positioning of conduits, precise docking and assembly of conduit parts with conduits, automatic welding of conduits, process parameter collection and recording, and blanking of finished conduits.

The equipment can be assembled and welded with conduit materials and specifications: metal conduits made of stainless steel, high-temperature alloys, etc., with a diameter range of Φ 6-14mm, conduit length within the range of 300-3000mm, assembled and welded in a straight pipe state.
