Block Robot Intelligent Welding Production Line is used for intelligent welding of steel shell block open components in Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge immersed tunnels and can meet the intelligent welding production requirements for unit assembly parts in ships. Steel shell block open components and ship mounted open structures.
The main scope includes the welding of block stiffener partitions, transverse partitions, block robot rib plates, supplementary plates, and other related structures.
The intelligent robot is based on the design software data interface and data analysis technology. Through the interface data analysis technology, the structural model in the 3D design software is restored, and the weld coordinates and process are automatically restored through the weld data. Then the welding data is calculated to drive the on-site execution mechanism for welding.

Maximum size range of workpiece (length * width): 16000 × 16000mm

Maximum height of unit assembly partition: 3500mm

Minimum height of partition: 1000mm

Spacing between longitudinal and transverse partitions: 3000-3500mm, 3000mm;

Spacing between longitudinal and transverse stiffeners: 500-750mm, 500-750mm;

Passing height of gantry: 6000mm
