On January 25, 2025, the grand ceremony of DIG 2025 Annual Conference was held.  At the meeting, the department leaders jointly summarized the achievements of 2024 work to all employees and looked forward to the development blueprint of 2025!

Minister Li of the International Department mentioned that in 2024, the International Department rebuilt its official English website. Through such changes, we believe that market promotion in 2025 will achieve better results. In the past year, the International Department has continuously created corporate IDs, including online promotion and social media platforms, constantly exposing videos, and maintaining weekly product video updates to attract fans. Currently, the number of followers on the LinkedIn has reached 1515, and the dynamic display frequency throughout the year has reached more than 30000 times. In terms of business expansion, we actively explore international markets and have established preliminary contacts and sales channels in different regions and targeting different shipbuilding companies. In terms of promoting the company's overseas expansion, the International Department took the initiative to participate in many industry exhibitions, appearing at MTA in Vietnam and EuroBLECH in Germany. In 2025, the International Department will take more frequent actions to showcase the company to the world stage, actively explore project resources, and expand overseas markets!

In the past year, facing the complex and ever-changing market environment, every employee of the company has demonstrated extraordinary courage and perseverance. There is a group of outstanding colleagues who have demonstrated what responsibility, innovation, and excellence are through practical actions. 

Mr. Shen, the General Manager of DIG, announced the list of winners for everyone. Mr. Shen expressed his great honor in presenting the annual outstanding employee award. He thanked the front-line employees for their hard work and dedication in the production site day and night. He also thanked the technical personnel for their solid efforts over the years. He thanked the foreign trade team for actively exploring the international market. It was through everyone's joint efforts that the company's products were successfully delivered and put into production!

Years and months are like songs, the brilliance is like a dream, and the drums and gongs of harvest awaken a brand new era; Time flies like water, and we have been pursuing our dreams and forging ahead. 365 unforgettable days have quietly passed in the midst of busyness.  At the end of the annual meeting, all employees took a group photo together to bid farewell to 2024 and welcome 2025!

In the evening, the company organized a closing dinner, during which the leaders encouraged everyone's achievements and goals in 2024, and raised their glasses together for the new journey of 2024.
