The friction stir welding system adopts a fixed gantry structure. It consists of one set of friction stir welding gantry, one set of movable bed, one set of welding fixture, one set of stirring welding head, and one set of welding control system, and is mainly used to complete the longitudinal seam friction stir welding of cylindrical and conical aluminum alloy cylinders.

1. Welded material: 2-series aluminum alloy.
2. Weldable workpiece thickness 8-18mm
3. Product specifications:
Vertebral body: small end Ф 400mm large end Ф 2000mm, length 2000mm;
Cylinder: Ф 3000mm, length 2500mm;
4. Welding spindle speed: 100-3000rpm;
5. Spindle power: ＞ 37KW;
6. Maximum downward pressure of the spindle: 70KN;
7. Adjustable range of welding inclination angle: -5 °~+5 °;
8. X-axis positioning accuracy: 0.2mm;
9. Y-axis positioning accuracy: 0.2mm;
10. Z-axis positioning accuracy: 0.1mm;
