The maximum span of the DIG’s laser cutting machine is between 10m and 30m, which can process large ship panels and reduce the butt welding process.
Its power range is 10000W to 30000W and can quickly complete cutting tasks of tens of millimeters panels. Referring to common ship plates, the cutting speed can reach several meters per minute, the cutting width can be controlled within a few millimeters, and the heat affected zone is extremely small, ensuring stable material properties. Moreover, its X and Y axis positioning accuracy can reach ± 0.05mm/m, ensuring precise and error free cutting.
