Long Span Shot Peening Marking Line for CSSC SWS

The span (through width) of the equipment in CSSC SWS (Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd) reaches 26 meters, which is used for marking, coding, printing of large panel materials, as well as shot blasting and primer removal operations at the positions where welding components are required on the panel. The equipment integrates a CNC gantry system, shot peening system, powder marking system, coding system, control system, and related software. The equipment has an idle speed of 24m/min, marking speed of 15m/min, coding speed of 20m/min, and shot peening speed of 15m/min. The equipment has an advanced and reasonable structure, smooth, stable and reliable operation, reasonable material selection, precision manufacturing, excellent performance, long accuracy retention period, and is suitable for long-term continuous work.
