Supporting the CSSC SWS (Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd) luxury cruise ship thin plate Panel Block Assembly Line, providing profile cutting for panel block assembly line and trunk bulkhead line (sub assembly). The produced profiles include angle steel, flat-bulb steel, flat steel, and T-row. The production line mainly includes loading buffer unit, milling edge shot cleaning unit, robot plasma cutting unit, discharge buffer unit, automatic sorting unit for profile parts (including longitudinal bone assembly and welding profile feeding buffer device), corresponding conveying roller table and control system etc.

This is a highly informationized production line with corresponding software and hardware interfaces that can be interconnected with the MES system in the workshop, allowing for unified management of data throughout the entire production process. The allocation of work plans and tracking of task lists are very convenient for production management.

General layout, feeding buffer, edge milling, shot peening, marking, robot plasma cutting, automatic discharge sorting, intelligent operation system, automatic sorting system (discharge, sorting, rotation, sorting).
