Data driven as a backup method for robot welding; The micropanel production parts are transferred to this workstation (the workpiece does not need to be positioned and placed); The identity recognition system identifies and judges the identity of the workpiece; The visual recognition system automatically recognizes the position and three-dimensional data of the workpiece through full range shooting; After the initial positioning of the welding robot, the laser vision system is used to accurately locate the weld seam and identify the starting and ending points of the weld seam in real-time. The welding robot starts welding and automatically tracks the weld seam during the welding process.
