This workstation mainly completes the welding function of stiffener in CSSC HPS (CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd), and is composed of several main systems such as welding platform, cantilever frame, automatic welding system, visual system, and robot control system. Install two transverse moving trolleys on the cantilever frame and hang two welding robots on the trolleys to complete the welding of both sides of the stiffener. This device combines visual technology with robot welding technology to achieve automatic programming, automatic correction and other functions, achieving high welding efficiency and quality. The components mainly use 3D scanning visual technology for automatic welding, without the need for teaching and programming. Data driven as a backup method for robot welding.
The assembled units are transferred to this workstation (the workpiece does not need to be positioned and placed); The identity recognition system identifies and judges the identity of the workpiece; The visual recognition system automatically recognizes the position and three-dimensional data of the workpiece through full range shooting; After the initial positioning of the welding robot, the laser vision system is used to accurately locate the weld seam and identify the starting and ending points of the weld seam in real-time; The welding robot starts welding and automatically tracks the weld seam during the welding process.
