This line is mainly used for cutting, marking, and spraying tasks of profile (unequal edge angle steel, edge angle steel, unequal edge unequal thickness angle steel, ball flat steel, flat steel, T-shaped steel, double ball head ball flat steel) in ship construction. It is a complete set of fully automatic profile cutting line production system. This equipment mainly consists of a material preparation and conveying platform, a CNC feeding trolley, coding, marking and printing equipment, a robot cutting unit, a discharge and conveying platform, and an electrical control system. The equipment is equipped with 50 types of process macro libraries and supports extended development.

The line includes adaptive clamping of feeding buffer area, feeding device, inkjet printing device, short material discharge platform, long material discharge area, turning and polishing area, control system, robot plasma cutting.
