Shaft Seat Laser Welding Workstation for XCMG Excavator

This workstation is suitable for excavator shaft seat structural components, mainly made of 20 # steel and 35 # steel.

The robot laser wire filling welding workstation is a complete and brand-new equipment unit system, including a 6-degree of freedom ABB brand robot body, external axes required for the system to meet the workpiece requirements, control system, displacement machine, teaching device, tracking system, laser, welding head, chiller, welding dust removal system and auxiliary facilities, application software and safety fence, shading screen and other components. Except for water, electricity, gas, and welding materials, the bidding party does not need to add any hardware or software to put them into production. The system is stable and reliable, with good system rigidity and reliable operating accuracy.

The laser welding workstation adopts a single robot operation mode, which involves welding one circumferential weld seam of the shaft base first, and then welding another circumferential weld seam. The equipment adopts a dual workstation layout, which divides the loading and unloading and welding into two workstations. The loading and unloading process does not affect the robot's welding.
The equipment covers an area (excluding material frames) of 5000mmX5000mm, with a total height of 3000mm. It adopts an integrated room design, with closed welding areas to improve cleanliness and aesthetics, while also greatly improving safety. The open design of the loading and unloading station facilitates the entry, exit, and clamping of the workpiece. The room is divided into two parts: a welding area and a control room, completely separated in the middle and equipped with dust prevention measures. The welding area has a smoke and dust collection system, and the control room is equipped with air conditioning.
