On February 4, 2024, the DIG 2024 Annual Conference was grandly held. Mr. Shen Wei, General Manager of DIG, gathered together with senior management leaders and employees. At the meeting, the management and department leaders jointly summarized the 2023 work achievements and looked forward to the 2024 development blueprint!

During the meeting, four core priorities were discussed, namely "daring to be the first, daring to innovate, never giving up, and seizing opportunities (internal and external dual circulation)". It was stated that the reason why we have achieved today's results is because we have a group of iron soldiers who never give up and move forward, and we fully recognize the efforts made by everyone in 2023.

At the meeting, it was stated that in the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, we must continuously strengthen innovation, improve efficiency, polish products, reduce costs and increase efficiency, in order to seek more opportunities and obtain more survival space in internal competition.

Mr. Li Fan, Deputy Chief Engineer
Due to project requirements, Mr. Li Fan was unable to attend the site in person. Through remote connection, Mr. Li Fan showcased to all employees the achievements and honors that products have achieved in various industries under the efforts of the R&D team in recent years, and gave strong praise to the R&D and design team.
The leaders and representatives of the Comprehensive Management Department, Production and Operations Department, International Department, Business Unit 1, and Business Unit 2 all gave detailed reports on their work achievements for 2023 and their outlook for 2024 at the meeting, and extended New Year greetings.
