The 3rd China Shipbuilding New Equipment and New Technology Application Seminar was successfully held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province from March 31 to April 2, 2025. The seminar aims to promote the application of new shipbuilding equipment and processes, improve the efficiency and accuracy of shipbuilding, save labor costs, reduce pollution during the shipbuilding process, lower material loss and safety risks, and promote high-quality development of shipbuilding enterprises. In order to conduct in-depth research on shipbuilding technology, the Zhongji Technology team conducted investigations and visits to dozens of shipyards both domestically and internationally, from Japan and South Korea, Europe and America, Southeast Asia, and even to almost all shipyards of a certain scale from south to north in China. Therefore, the company team is able to form a production centered overall mindset. Any intelligent equipment ultimately serves production, and production is the orderly combination of countless processes. No process exists independently, and only by looking down from the top perspective can all processes be interconnected as a whole. This is the foundation of intelligent and efficient manufacturing equipment.

DIG's products are a typical case of the development of China's equipment manufacturing industry. It has taken nearly 20 years to go from full line imports to partial imitation, then to independent design, and finally achieve complete domestic substitution.
