The production process of wind power tower cylinder includes plate unloading slope marking, plate rolling, longitudinal seam welding of cylinder section, circular rectification of cylinder section, standard section grouping and internal and external circumferential seam welding, flange assembly and welding, total grouping of large cylinder sections and internal and external circumferential seam welding, assembly and welding of manhole door and window, product sandblaster coating, etc. The production line layout is mainly composed of unloading slope cutting machine, rolling machine, cross-welding manipulator, welding roller frame, grouping roller frame, flange ship-type welding machine, automatic spraying and other equipment. Through the coordination with workshop travelling crane and ground conveying system, they can achieve rapid circulation.
